Luxury Bathrooms

Tailored Comfort, Built to Last

Your bathroom should be a place of retreat. We focus on the details high-street fitters often overlook — precision waterproofing, seamless tiling and handcrafted storage — and use only moisture-resistant, high-end materials.

Whether you are maximising a compact cloakroom or designing a full luxury suite, the result balances elegant looks with everyday durability.

What We Offer

Considered Details, Properly Executed

From compact en-suites to sprawling master bathrooms, these are the elements that lift a bathroom above an off-the-shelf suite.

  • Premium Tile & Stone Finishing

The difference is in the detail. Expert tiling with perfectly mitred edges and symmetrical layouts creates a clean, architectural look that reads as deliberate rather than approximate.

  • Space-Saving Intelligent Design

Wall-hung fixtures to increase visible floor space, and bespoke mirrored cabinetry that adds deep storage without encroaching on the room. Compact cloakrooms and tight en-suites become genuinely usable.

  • Custom Vanity Units

A bespoke vanity designed around your basin, hiding the plumbing completely. Available in finishes from natural oak to moisture-resistant painted timber.

  • Walk-In Showers & Wet Rooms

Advanced tanking technology gives a fully watertight finish, allowing seamless level-access showers and wet rooms that offer both accessibility and a spa-like feel.

Room Types

Every Bathroom Asks a Different Question

A downstairs loo and a master en-suite are not the same job scaled up and down. Each has its own constraints, and the design starts from those.

  • Family Bathrooms

The hardest-working room in the house, and the one most often asked to do two jobs at once. The priorities are durable surfaces, genuinely useful storage, and a layout that survives a weekday morning.

    Durable · High traffic · Storage-led
  • En-Suites & Shower Rooms

Almost always tight on space, frequently with a sloped ceiling or an awkward chimney breast in the way. Wall-hung fixtures and a carefully placed shower enclosure make a small footprint feel considerably larger than its measurements suggest.

    Compact · Space-efficient · Wall-hung
  • Wet Rooms & Level-Access Showers

A fully tanked floor with no tray and no step, which looks strikingly clean and also happens to be the most future-proof bathroom you can install. The waterproofing beneath is what makes or breaks it, so this is not a room to cut corners in.

    Seamless · Accessible · Future-proof
  • Cloakrooms & Downstairs WCs

Small enough that every decision shows, which makes them a good place to be bold — panelling, a strong colour, a characterful basin. Guests use this room more than any other, and it costs relatively little to make it memorable.

    Small · High impact · Guest-facing

What Goes Into a Bathroom That Lasts

Bathrooms fail from the inside out. The specification that matters most is largely the part you never see.

  • Tanking & Waterproofing

A lasting tile installation demands more than just paint on plasterboard—it requires a fully tanked, waterproof substrate. This is the single biggest difference between a bathroom that still looks right in ten years and one that quietly rots behind the wall.

  • Porcelain & Natural Stone Tiling

Large-format porcelain means fewer grout lines and a calmer, more architectural look. Natural stone brings more character but wants sealing and a little ongoing care. We will tell you which is the better fit for how the room gets used.

  • Moisture-Resistant Cabinetry

Standard furniture-grade board does not belong in a bathroom. Vanity units and storage are built from moisture-resistant materials and properly sealed at every cut edge, which is exactly where cheaper installations swell and lift.

  • Brassware & Fixtures

Brushed brass, matt black, chrome or nickel — the finish sets the tone of the whole room. More importantly, quality valves and cartridges keep working smoothly instead of dripping within a couple of years.

How We Work

A Methodical Approach, Start to Finish

  1. Layout & Design

We begin with a technical survey to optimise the space. From there we advise on the best configuration for your plumbing and fixtures, so the layout is as functional as it is attractive.

  2. Precision Waterproofing

The most important part of any bathroom is what you cannot see. Industry-leading tanking systems and thorough preparation keep the room moisture-secure for years.

  3. Quality Installation

From luxury sanitaryware to high-end brassware, we manage the installation to millimetric tolerances — every tile aligned, every fixture properly fitted.

  4. Bespoke Finishing

Custom vanity units, integrated shelving and concealed storage matched to your décor add the handcrafted touch that off-the-shelf bathrooms lack.

Why Bespoke

Why Choose a Bespoke Bathroom?

  • Tailored Design

We approach every project with a designer's eye — optimising the layout to improve flow, maximise light, and position each fixture for both comfort and visual impact.

  • Premium Materials

A bathroom is only as good as what it is built from. We source moisture-resistant cabinetry and quality tiling chosen for durability in a room that takes daily punishment.

  • Precision Installation

A methodical approach focused on the details that make a result last. The finish is visually clean and structurally reliable — not just on handover day, but years later.

Common Questions

Bathroom Questions We Are Asked Most

How long will I be without a bathroom?

This is usually the real question behind "how long will it take". If it is your only bathroom, we plan the sequence to keep the room out of action for as short a period as possible and tell you upfront which days it will genuinely be unusable, so you can make arrangements rather than guess.

What does a new bathroom cost?

It depends far more on what is behind the walls than on the suite you pick. A straight replacement in a sound room is a very different job from one that needs the floor levelled, the plumbing moved or old tanking replaced. We survey first and quote itemised, so you can see what is driving the cost and where there is room to flex.

Can you make a small bathroom feel bigger?

Usually, yes — and rarely by knocking anything down. Wall-hung units that leave visible floor beneath them, a shower enclosure positioned to keep sight lines open, large-format tiles with fewer grout lines, and mirrored storage all make a measurable difference to how a small room reads.

Do I need a wet room, or is a walk-in shower enough?

A walk-in enclosure with a low-profile tray gives most of the look for less disruption and cost. A true wet room earns its place when you want genuine level access, or when the room's shape makes a tray impractical. We will be straight with you about which one your room actually needs.

Do you do the tiling and plumbing as well?

A bathroom is a multi-trade job by nature. We manage the project so the trades arrive in the right order and nothing is left half-finished waiting on someone else — and we are clear from the start about which parts we carry out ourselves and which are brought in.

Do you cover my area?

We work throughout Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Essex — including Cambridge, Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Saffron Walden and Haverhill. If you are slightly outside that, it is still worth asking.
